Shipping policy

Massage Magic delivers exclusively to and within the United States of America.

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery time is between 4 and 13 days if the product is sent out from a warehouse in the United States, and between 15 and 45 days if the warehouse is located outside the country. Shipping is free.

Customs and Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Massage Magic is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

Order Status

You can check the status of your order on our Tracking page. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 45 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@massage-magic.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
