Where do you deliver?
We deliver exclusively to the United States.
When will the order be sent out?
Most orders are shipped in 1-7 business days.
How long does the delivery take and how much does it cost?
Delivery usually takes from 4 to 13 days if the product is sent out from a warehouse in the United States, and 15 to 45 days if the warehouse is located outside the country. Shipping is free.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel the order within 2 hours after placing it. This option is available in customer account or you can do it by contacting us at info@massage-magic.net.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order entering your order number and e-mail in the input fields on our Tracking page. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Will my ordered products arrive all together?
If the products you have paid for are from different warehouses, each will ship separately.
What should I do if I receive a defective/damaged/wrong order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges, however, we issue refunds. We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. To evaluate the issue and make it right we will need the received item's photo or video as the proof.
If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will I have to pay any customs duties?
For the United States, any item under US $800 is tax-free.
What should I do if my order has been detained by customs?
If your order is blocked, you will be notified and they will give you some orientation about the process to follow.
