How Does It Work?

As your body effortlessly stretches out, the muscles start to relax, gently decompressing the discs in your vertebrae, and the spine realigns. 

How to Use:

1. Place the stretcher against your lower back from the sitting position and lean back slowly.
2. Get relaxed and take a breath; stretch away your arms.
3. To stretch more, straighten your legs.
4. To get up, turn sideways and get up slowly on your arms.

If you are not very flexible, start with the first level arch height.
